How will my order ship and what does it cost?
Standard Shipping (2-4 days) costs $6.95 for orders under $50 and is FREE for orders over $50. You also have the option of Expedited Shipping (1-2 days) for a $25 charge. Expedited orders are processed the same day if ordered before 11 AM EST. Orders placed after 11AM EST, or any time on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays may not ship until the next business day. Standard orders are typically processed same day or next day before shipping. You can find more information about shipping and delivery in our "Shipping Info" tab at the bottom of every product listing.
- Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are estimated to arrive within 7 business days.
- Orders shipped to Guam and APO/FPO addresses are estimated to arrive within 10 business days.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email containing all necessary tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also log into your Account and select "Track a Shipment." You will see your full order history and can select the appropriate order to view tracking details.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order please try to notify us within 15 minutes of placing the order. We always strive to ship an order as soon as we get it. If we have not yet shipped it we will make every effort to stop the shipment. If it is too late to cancel you can always return the order for a refund. Most orders enter the processing stage very quickly unless delayed or held up for payment or billing issues.
My tracking information shows as Delivered but I don't have the package. What should I do?
Please contact your local carrier to see if a parcel has been left for you. In certain cases, a parcel will be left with a local carrier's office if the recipient is not available for delivery. In most cases, however, the parcel may be misdelivered to a neighbor or nearby address and just needs a little extra time to find its way into the right hands. If you have not been able to locate the parcel, please submit a request so we can investigate further.
Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Yes. When you go through the order checkout process, you will be able to enter separate addresses for billing and shipping.
I'm missing an item from my order. What do I do?
If an item has is missing from your order please check your invoice to ensure that the missing item is not on back order or check your email confirmation for possible multiple tracking numbers (orders may have been sent in multiple packages).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Is it safe for me to use my credit card on your site?
Yes! When making purchases through our secure server, you are protected by Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) technology, used by most browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome. This technology allows us to utilize advanced encryption in order to protect the information transmitted between your computer and our server. Any personal information you enter on our website, including your name and credit card information, is securely dispatched over the Internet.
I have changed my address, email address and/or credit card. How do I change my account information?
Click on "Sign In" at the very top of the home page. Log in using your current email address and password. You'll then be able to change your account information, including credit card, billing and/or shipping address, email address and password.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship outside of the US. We may, however, ship internationally in the future.
